Atlanta was supposed to be a victory lap. Instead, the first night of Chris Brown and Usher’s homecoming run turned into a full-blown timeline investigation, and Breezy seems to be tired of the detectives.

The Thursday, November 5 show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium was billed as a triumphant return for the two R&B giants, but social media quickly filled with concertgoer complaints about timing and what went down on stage. Reports said the show started late, that fans noticed songs and chunks of the production getting cut, and that Usher and Brown never shared the stage for a single number. You already know how that goes…

A few screenshots, a couple of “sources say” posts, and suddenly the rumor  had them in a cold war and the night ending ahead of schedule.

That is where Brown stepped in. The superstar took to his Instagram Story this Friday morning where he warned people against swallowing everything that circulates online, though he never spelled out what exactly he was answering. He wrote “internet (cap emoji), don’t fall for it.”

Despite that Chris did like a post that urged him and usher to “do better” when it comes to their show.

More On Their Rumored New Beef:

As we exclusively covered back in May 2023, Brown and Usher got into a physical altercation at Brown’s birthday party in Las Vegas. Despite that, they eventually made up and Usher brought his “brother” on stage during his show. Fast forward, and in October 2025 Brown brought Usher out at his Atlanta Breezy Bowl show and also publicly called him his brother for life.

Usher has yet to publicly speak out on this latest internet drama, until then, we will watch and see how these next shows unfold.
