Welp, Charleston White is back in legal trouble. The controversial Fort Worth internet personality was reportedly arrested over the weekend in Tarrant County, Texas.
So what is he in the slammer for now? according to the Tarrant County booking information and multiple reports White was taken in on two drug-possession allegations
Booking records show White is facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2 in an amount of less than one gram, along with possession of marijuana in an amount of less than two ounces. The record lists Arlington Police Department as the arresting agency.
The two charges come with separate bonds. The controlled-substance charge carries a $1,500 bond, while the marijuana charge carries a $500 bond, bringing the total bond listed to $2,000. The booking information reviewed Monday showed the bonds as not yet posted at the time of the report.
The controlled-substance allegation is the more serious of the two. AllHipHop reported that possession of less than one gram of a substance classified under Texas’ Penalty Group 2 is treated as a state jail felony under Texas law. At this time authorities have not publicly detailed what led to White’s arrest.
The latest arrest comes just weeks after White found himself dealing with another legal situation in Florida. On September 12, he was arrested by Hollywood Police and booked into Broward County Jail on a misdemeanor battery allegation. TMZ reported at the time that the charge was listed as “Touch Or Strike/Battery.”
White denied the Florida allegations and maintained that he was defending himself during the dispute. His representative also denied the accusations, claiming White had been attacked and suffered a bloody nose.
Of course this isn’t the first time White has dealt with an arrest in Texas this year either. Earlier in 2026, he faced another Texas case involving marijuana, a weapon allegation and a driver’s-license issue. In a September interview with VladTV, White discussed a recent Dallas-area arrest and said that case stemmed from a warrant involving an expired driver’s license and marijuana possession.
Reps for White’s team has not yet released a statement on his latest arrest. We will keep you updated as this story develops,
