Caitlyn Jenner is still upset that Hulu excluded her from her “family’s show,” ‘The Kardashians,’ and is now seeking legal help from Tesla and X CEO Elon Musk.

On Tuesday (February 6), Elon Musk took to his account on X (formerly Twitter) and spoke to his followers about an ongoing lawsuit against Disney. It’s reported that Musk recently gave legal funding to actress and former MMA fighter Gina Carano in her lawsuit against Disney and Lucasfilm.

In his tweet, the X owner shared a photo of an alleged internal memo from Disney. He captioned the post, “An anonymous source just sent me this from Disney. It is mandatory, institutionalized racism and sexism!” He then retweeted the post and added, “If you were discriminated against by Disney or its subsidiaries (ABC, ESPN, Marvel, etc.), just reply to this post to receive legal support.”

Taking notice of Musk’s tweets and seeing him offer legal help to Carano, Caitlyn Jenner responded to Musk’s last post and said that when Hulu premiered ‘The Kardashians‘ in 2022, she was excluded from the show.

While referencing the Kardashians’ original TV series ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,’ which aired on E! from 2007 to 2021, Jenner tweeted, “Hulu (Disney subsidiary) never put me on my family’s show – I had been on since day 1 – when it switched from E!”

Despite not being included at the time, Jenner actually began sharing her support for the Kardashian-Jenner family one month before their Hulu series premiered. The show would air with Jenner’s ex-wife Kris Jenner, daughters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, as well as her stepdaughters, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian, with support from their respective families.

In March 2022, Jenner wrote, “I was there when this started from day one. I watched it grow. And doing the show for almost 20 seasons was one of the highlights of my life. To be able to work with my family for all those years, and connect with the fans, it was incredible. Happy that it continues for my family.”

In a second post, Jenner continued to explain how “unfortunate” it was that Hulu opted not to include her in the family’s second reality TV series. She added, “Of course, at the same time it is unfortunate to not be given the opportunity to continue with the show. With that said, I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am for my family that it continues!”

Before Caitlyn Jenner’s asked Elon Musk for legal help regarding Hulu excluding her from their series ‘The Kardashians,’ she spoke out last month, suggesting that she was allegedly unable to be involved in the show due to her conservative political beliefs.

In January 2024, Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell took to X and wrote, “Disney is allowing George Stephanopoulos to be a fake journalist on their network. Disney is partisan. Act accordingly.”

Responding, Jenner suggested, “I wonder if that’s why they fired me from my family’s reality show when it switched over to Hulu (Disney ), from E!. I must not be woke enough. Too bad… I remember when Bob Iger was a young, hard-working, valet, carrying my bags, for me right after I won the Olympics.”
