Brazilian Woman Arrested After Using Watermelon As Baby Bump To Smuggle Cocaine
We’re learning just how creative smugglers are becoming as a Brazilian woman has recently been arrested after using a carved-out watermelon as a baby bump to smuggle cocaine to Rio De Janeiro.
After being subjected to a search during her travels from Paraguay, where she confessed to picking up the cocaine in exchange for 500 Brazilian reals (around $100 USD), law enforcement officials discovered the hollowed-out watermelon holding four bricks of cocaine paste, which weighed about 4.5 pounds.

The São Paulo woman has since been arrested for her role in a trafficking operation on undisclosed charges. Taking to their official Facebook page, La Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo commended the woman and her team on being so creative in how they thought to transport the drugs across borders. #Socialites, thoughts?
