There’s a new couple on the block and according to the entertainment streets, it’s actor Leonardo DiCaprio and supermodel Gigi Hadid!
A close source exclusively told @UsWeekly that the Titanic actor, 47, and the model, 27, are officially dating and “have a ton of mutual friends.” The source adds that “everyone’s happy to see them together, even though it did catch a lot of them off guard.” The insider continues, “He thinks she’s beautiful of course but also a wise and cool character who’s got a very cultured and educated take on life.”
Earlier this month, a separate source exclusively told the outlet that DiCaprio had “his sights set on Gigi” after splitting from his ex boo Camila Morrone earlier this year. Now, there’s been some talk about DiCap dating younger women but the insider adds, “Leo plays it down but there’s no denying he does have a type, or he has until now. But at almost 48 he’s mellowing out a lot more and dropping hints to his buddies that he’s way less interested in that playboy lifestyle.”
Hadid, was previously linked to singer Zayn Malik. They dated on and off for five years before officially splitting for good in October 2021. A source told the outlet at the time, “Zayn and Gigi have silently separated. They’d been having problems for a while and tried to figure them out, but it just wasn’t working.”
GiGi and Zayn share a 2-year-old daughter Khai. The former couple seems to be on better terms as they celebrated their baby’s birthday on Monday, September 19, with the model giving the former One Direction singer, 29, a shout-out via social media.
