President Donald Trump has dubbed rapper Nicki Minaj his “favorite” person and she in-turn claims she “not going anywhere.”

On Tuesday (October 20), Minaj appeared in the premiere episode of the “Million Dollar Pitch.” It’s a competition show produced by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
The show, streaming on YouTube and Prime Video, is hosted by Dean Cain and its judges features Nicki Minaj, businessman and real estate investor Grant Cardone, and co-founder of Airbnb Joe Gebbia. In 2025, Gebbia also joined the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and was appointed by President Trump as the first Chief Design Officer to lead the National Design Studio.
The show features five national finalists competing for a $1 million prize pool. The pol, funded by Clover Network, includes: first place at $400,000; second place at $250,000; third place at $150,000; fourth place at $125,000; and fifth place at $75,000.
Donald Trump And Nicki Minaj Praise Each Other During Premiere Of ‘Million Dollar Pitch’
During the Tuesday night premiere, Minaj was shown on the judge’s panel speaking with competitors. At one point during the broadcast, the judges are seen in the White House Oval Office, speaking with President Trump. As the clip cuts in, Trump watches Minaj and her co-judges walk in and he calls her his “favorite.”
He also said she’s been with him for a long time, but won’t say how long exactly. Reacting to the clip on X, she said, “Not going anywhere. Right where I need to be.” In another X post, she said, “Not bad for a lil gal from Trinidad huh? 🇺🇸.” Nicki Minaj also praised her co-judges, Grant Cardone and Joe Gebbia. She said, “They are absolute sweethearts even tho they’re a big deal.”
