Wendy Williams Not Ready To Return To Work — “Still Dealing With Ongoing Medical Issues”
On Tuesday, the Wendy Show shared a new promotional clip for Season 13. While many assumed that Wendy would be returning to the set after recovering from COVID-19, it looks like that’s not happening right now.

The show shared a new update on Wendy’s health this Thursday in an Instagram post. It said that although Wendy has tested negative for the coronavirus, she’s still dealing with some health problems.
“Wendy will not be returning with new shows on Oct. 4. She has been and continues to be under doctor’s care and is still not ready to return to work.”
The post also said, “we plan to return with new shows on Oct.18. Her breakthrough Covid case is no longer an issue and she has tested negative, but she still is dealing with some ongoing medical issues.”
As Wendy continues to get better, fans have been sending her encouraging words and messages under her comment section. One fan said, “stay strong Wendy, you will get through this.” Another added, “we can wait for you to get back on set. Get well soon.”
