Stunning actress Vanessa Williams is sharing her do’s and don’ts when it comes to her fitness and wellness regimen, and beauty routine.

While recently speaking with Page Six at the Broadway opening of “The Cottage,” the 60-year-old revealed that she puts in a good amount of work when it comes to her beauty routine but that doesn’t consist of getting fillers or going under the knife. “I don’t do fillers,” she reportedly told the outlet, adding that while actual surgery would probably be the “very last thing” she’d try, she’s open to trying non-invasive treatments.

“The technology now for lifting, sculpting, tightening, is incredible. And there’s a machine for anything,” she explained. “I just got it a microcurrent thing for your neck, it was called Forma and it’s like a total package facial.” Aside from her face, when it comes to keeping her body snatched she says she sticks to an intense workout. “I kickbox every other day, I weightlift every other day beside that,” she shared. “And I’m just loving life.” She also shared that she decided to take things up a notch after her 60th birthday. “I turned 60 in March and I’m like, ‘Damn it. I’m going to get in shape. I’m going to eat right. I’m going to work my ass off.’”

Williams, who became the first Black woman to win the Miss America crown in 1983 previously opened up about her love for Botox. In a 2018 interview with NewBeauty she shared that she had a microcurrent machine at home for years. She explained at the time that “It takes 12 minutes to do and is an easy thing I can do on the road that tightens my neck, chin, eyes, and forehead. If I’m doing anything on camera, I’ll do a Botox regimen to keep my face soft so that I don’t look like I have a perpetual frown.”

Meanwhile, Dermal fillers also treat wrinkles on the face. It contains ingredients that add fullness to areas that have thinned… sometimes due to aging. This thinning is common in the cheeks, lips, and around the mouth.

Williams isn’t the only celeb who has given fans details on their beauty secrets. Kylie Jenner recently admitted to getting facial fillers. However, she also admitted to getting her breast done, something she regrets to this day.

“I just wish I never got them done, to begin with,” Jenner told friend Anastasia Karanikolaou during the season finale of The Kardashians on Hulu. “(I) would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.” She added, “I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,” Jenner said. “I want to be the best mom and best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently, ‘cause I wouldn’t touch anything.”
