Vanessa Hudgens Says She Sees Dead People: “This Is A Gift And Something That I Have The Ability To Do”
During a recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens shared her other talent aside from acting.
While speaking with the host, she explained that she has the ability to detect and connect with ghosts; something that she kept hidden to herself. She said, “I see things and I hear things,” and claims she has had “a lot” of run-ins with spirits.

She went on to say, “I remember getting ready for school when I was 8 years old, and there was, like — you know those ducks that, like, is like the duck thing that you pull? It’s a toy? There was one of those on the dining room table, and I started walking, and it just started going alongside me.” Hudgens admits that it was a frightening experience at first. “I kind of shut it down for a while because it’s scary.” She eventually realized that “this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I’m going to lean into it.” Since then, Hudgens has fully embraced her gift.
Now, she’s not the only former Disney star to have some trippy moments. As we previously reported, fellow actress Demi Lovato also revealed that she likes to hunt aliens. The The 29-year-old pop star also claimed they once had a close encounter with extra-terrestrial beings in Joshua Tree, Calif; saying the out-of-this world experience was mind blowing.
