UPDATE: NIKE Gets Judge To Halt Lil Nas X’s Satan Shoes
Nike is not playing any games! The retail company got a judge to shut down the selling of Lil Nas X’s controversial “Satan shoes” that has their famous logo on them.
This Thursday, the court granted Nike’s request for a temporary restraining order against MSCHF, the company that produced the shoe for Lil Nas. The demonic shoe that was being sold for $1,018 each, reportedly sold out of its 666 pairs produced within minutes Monday.
This new order blocks MSCHF from fulfilling any orders. In addition to this, due to the restraining order, MSCHF will not be allowed to ship them to customers awaiting the shoe that the creative agency created.
MSCHF has yet to release an official statement on this big debacle. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this in the comment box below!
