During his online hearing with a judge on Wednesday, Brent Brown requested if he could be sent home before Christmas to be with his children despite being charged with sexual assault and kidnapping. However, Judge Wallace Lee has denied Brown’s request and said his release would be a public safety concern. “The court finds that the concern about public safety has been established by clearly convincing evidence. So on that basis, I’m going to hold you without bail,” Lee explained.

As previously reported, Brown allegedly kidnapped and raped 19-year-old Madelyn Allen and held her captive in his basement. He also threatened the Snow College student and told her he would go after her family if she ever told them about their encounter. She was later discovered in his basement naked and covered in coal.

According to Too Fab, Brown explained to police that he and Allen were participating in consensual kidnapping role play. Currently, he faces multiple charges which include obstruction of justice and aggravated kidnapping. He is also being held without bail on suspicion of rape and object rape despite not being formally charged.
