A Twitter user decided to announce his resignation from work by hiring the Island Boys to send a video out to the company.

The person identified as @rbxbex on Twitter, used the app Cameo and paid the brothers to inform the company that they were quitting his job. After the rappers filmed the clip, the video was uploaded to a group chat on the workspace app Slack for their coworkers and supervisors to see. Other Twitter users thought the announcement was a great idea.

One user said,”You spending $180 on a Cameo? girl you’re unemployed” while another tweeted, “I can see this really becoming a thing. Well done.”

Even though the event took place before Thanksgiving, the clip went viral on Twitter where other users predict that this maybe an upcoming trend in replacement of a resignation letter.
