Tristan Thompson Demands emergency Gag Order Against Maralee Nichols

In the latest episode of ‘Keeping Up With Tristan,’ the NBA player is not here for all of his baby mama drama being the talk of the town, and he is requesting for an emergency gag order to be put in place to stop his alleged baby mama Maralee Nichols from talking about their ongoing paternity case.

Thompson is apparently in court accusing Nichols of violating the court’s confidentiality order in their paternity battle.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Tristan’s attorney filed an emergency motion for a gag order and for sanctions to be put in place in their Texas case.

In his motion, Tristan says Maralee has violated the court’s order by speaking to the media.

“Respondent MARALEE NICHOLS has alerted the media, among other things, as follows: (1) that she alleges TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON fathered her child, (2) that there are competing lawsuits in Texas and California to determine paternity of her child, (3) about specific information contained in court pleadings, and (4) about numerous other factual allegations made by her in this paternity dispute, including purported snapchat messages from TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON to MARALEE NICHOLS.”

Tristan also claims that the texts she showed in court are “fabricated and which were never sent by Tristan.”

She filed two cases in Texas and California in hopes of getting a larger child support payment.

In addition, the NBA player claims Maralee is doing all of this as a part of a smear campaign. “It has been MARALEE NICHOLS’ intention all along to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit.”

“TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON has already suffered damages and extreme distress from MARALEE NICHOLS wrongful dissemination of information.”
