Megan Wollover, the estranged wife of comedian Tracy Morgan, is asking for sole custody of their daughter Maven amid their divorce filing.

In an exclusive by Page Six, Wollover made the request in her divorce filing and wants Tracy Morgan to pay her alimony which was recognized in their prenuptial agreement in 2015. After the “Last OG” star received news that his estranged spouse wanted sole legal custody of Maven, he called for joint legal and shared residential custody. Morgan also asked the court to allocate parenting time to suit Maven’s needs.
Morgan announced the divorce was announced last month and asked for privacy during this “challenging time. He told Page Six, “Sadly, after nearly five years of marriage, Megan and I are filing for divorce. This is a challenging time for all involved, so I ask that you please respect our privacy.”

The pair began their marriage a year after Tracey Morgan was seriously injured in a near-fatal car accident involving a Walmart truck. The vehicle slammed into Morgan’s limousine on a New Jersey free. After recuperating from his injuries, Morgan sued Walmart and received a settlement of $90 million.
