Tory Lanez has one less thing to worry about! His latest lawsuit that demanded he be evicted from his Florida home has been dropped. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the company BH 4908 LLC has voluntarily dismissed all claims against the rapper. While new full details about the case haven’t been shared, the move seems to indicate Tory worked out some sort of deal behind closed doors.
As it was previously reported, a company named BH 4908 LLC sued Tory, real name: Daystar Peterson, for foreclosure of his Miami condo. Docs stated that Tory purchased the 2,182 sq. ft. penthouse in 2018 for $1.8 million. It was said that he took out a $1.26 million loan with BH 4908. Per the mortgage, Tory agreed to make monthly payments of $11,057.40. From there, he would do one large balloon payment in December 2021. At the time, the lawsuit accused him of failing to make the balloon note totaling $1,237,456.06. The suit stated that Tory owed a total of $1,237,456.06 that was due on the loan plus interest, per Radar Online. BH 4908 LLC claims Tory was still living in the luxury condo and was the only owner on the title. The company wanted him to pay any difference between the amount the home is sold for and the amount owed. They were also demanding the court allow them to foreclose on the home and sell it off to the highest bidder.
Tory managed to get himself out of this sticky situation, as the case is officially closed. However, Tory is still dealing with his big criminal case in Los Angeles. The entertainer is accused of shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the foot following a party in the Hollywood Hills.

What Happened With Tory Lanez And Megan Thee Stallion?
In July 2020, an “intoxicated” Tory Lanez allegedly shouted, “Dance, bitch!” before shooting at the feet of Megan Thee Stallion during a roadside dispute following a pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house last year. Megan recounted the exchange to LAPD Detective Ryan Stogner after the Alone at Prom rapper, born Daystar Peterson, allegedly pointed a semiautomatic 9 mm handgun at her and opened fire in Hollywood Hills on July 12, 2020. Tory has always claimed he was innocent and Megan has maintained that the rapper shot her despite conflicting media reports.
Two weeks ago, Lanez, who is charged with shooting Megan Thee Stallion, was taken into custody in a Downtown Los Angeles courtroom for allegedly violating the terms of a pre-trial protective order. L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Herriford sided with prosecutors, who claimed that some of Lanez’s recent social media posts appeared to be messages directed at Megan Thee Stallion. L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Herriford set bail at $350,000, which he posted shortly after. The judge ordered that Lanez no longer make any public mention of the case or the victim.
A trial start date is currently scheduled for Sept. 14. As previously reported, his latest court appearance marked the rescheduled date for a postponed pre-trial hearing in the case.
