Tinashe Says She Was Drunk For Six Months After Discovering That Ben Simmons Was Dating Kendall Jenner

Tinashe got candid at the Roc Nation brunch while talking about her breakup with Ben Simmons and finding out that he was dating Kendall Jenner!
Tinashe, 26 and Ben Simmons, 23 broke up over 18 months ago, but, the star admits when he moved on with Kendall, it was difficult for her to process.
“It may have been worst day of my life, but it’s okay,” Tinashe said. “I drank for like six months after that! Are you kidding me? I was like wasted for months. But I’m okay now.”
However, her mother aided her in getting through the difficult period, “It was terrible. It was bad. Like it was bad, but I’m good now.”
Tinashe and Ben‘s relationship lasted around 8 months before breaking things off. Just a few weeks later, he was spotted out and about with Kendall on numerous occasions.
Tinashe said that she found out about Ben’s new girl “from reading a headline.”
“You’ll find out in real time. It goes live real. I think it’s important to always have people that got your back, but at the same time you can’t really ever take it too seriously. At the same time you’ve got to keep moving forward and through it. This year is such a big year in terms of like what I want to do. Just like even trying to give that energy is like I can’t. I can’t go there.”
