A TikToker captured the moment when a woman gave birth mid-flight after she didn’t know she was pregnant!

The short clip was uploaded by Julia Hansen who was traveling with a friend when the woman went into labor during their flight. After the unidentified woman gave birth, a cabin crew manager made the announcement congratulating the woman: “As most of you have probably heard, we just had a childbirth on the aircraft, let’s a nice round of applause for the mother. Congratulations.”

Hansen said in the comments that the mother and baby are both healthy and the birth caused a three-hour delay after the aircraft made an emergency landing. She added that the woman’s father confirmed that his daughter didn’t know she was pregnant since pregnant women are not able to fly during their third trimester. Since the video’s upload, it has gained over 1.2 million views with the caption: “It’s the ‘baby being born while we’re above the Pacific Ocean’ for me.”
