6ix9ine’s Ex Sara Molina Didn’t Let Him See Daughter On Christmas — Here’s Why
After getting out of the slammer, Tekashi 6ix9ine said he was going to work on being a better person and a better dad to his 5-year-old daughter, Saraiyah. However, it looks like he couldn’t stick to his word.
According to TMZ, Tekashi 6ix9ine spent Christmas without his daughter once again and his baby mama says it was all his fault! While speaking with the news outlet, Sara says she chose not to allow Tekashi to see their child this Christmas because he’s been completely out of the picture, despite promising to get back in Saraiyah’s life.
She said 6ix9ine told her back in August he wanted to create a genuine relationship with Saraiyah and was going to be more present in her life and involved. Sara even claims Tekashi told her he would support her financially and help with their daughter’s expenses. In addition to that, Sara says she gave him an “open door” policy where he could come see Saraiyah whenever and wherever he wanted. But even with all of that, Tekashi sadly did not fall through.
Sara notes that early September was the last time Tekashi sent any money or saw his daughter. He missed her 5th birthday back in October, and Sara says he didn’t send a present or even place a phone call. She finds his actions to be offensive. But what’s even more sad is that Sara says her daughter wasn’t bothered by 6ix9ine’s absence on her birthday. She says her daughter recently began referring to Tekashi as a “friend,” even though the girl knows he’s the father.
Meanwhile, Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ 69 has been trying to be part of his daughter’s life, but Sara is not letting that happen.

Billboard Responds To Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Accusations Of Chart Manipulation
Tekashi 6ix9ine has had enough with Billboard. On Monday, the Hot 100 chart dropped, and Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande made it to the top of the list with their new single, “Stuck With U.”
Many people including Tekashi thought his new comeback song “Gooba” had a good chance of going No. 1, but it fell short at No. 3. The New York rapper took to social media after Billboard shared their top 10 songs and accused them of manipulating the charts. “@Billboard caught cheating,” he wrote. “You’re a lie and corrupt. You got caught cheating and the world will know.” Now, Billboard has decided to publish a response to his accusations:
“In an effort towards transparency regarding the Hot 100’s chart rules and tabulation process—and the calculations that go into the determinations of its final rankings—Billboard wanted to clear some things up regarding this week’s chart, and the stats accumulated by the two singles that marked its highest debuts,” the Billboard staff said in the response piece published late Monday. While speaking specifically about Tekashi 6ix9ine, Billboard explained:
“The total stream count for “Gooba”: 55.3 million combined audio and video U.S. streams for “Gooba” were reported to Nielsen Music/MRC Data and Billboard for this week’s Hot 100. 6ix9ine’s claims that not all of his streams were properly counted: Streaming numbers visible to the public on audio and video data platforms do not reflect the volume included in Billboard’s chart calculations. Neither do the stream counts that services make available to content owners (including 6ix9ine and his team) directly through a proprietary data feed or dashboard.”
Billboard went on to break it down:
“The Hot 100 forecast 6ix9ine referenced in his Instagram video: The chart forecast referenced was not created nor provided by Billboard to the industry. Those with access to sales, streaming and radio data from various sources often create their own chart models and update them at their own frequency. Billboard does not distribute any Hot 100 ranking forecast to labels, management or artists.”
“The late 24-hour sales spike for “Stuck With U” alleged by 6ix9ine in the video: “Stuck With U” was available to purchase through the week as a digital download, as well as in various physical format/digital download combinations through Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s webstores. The sales spike is likely referring to sales on Thursday, May 14 — the final day of the tracking week — when signed “Stuck With U” singles were put up for sale in Grande and Bieber’s webstores.”
A spokesperson for YouTube also released a statement to Billboard saying,
“YouTube takes abuse of our systems, such as attempts to artificially inflate video viewcounts, very seriously, and take action against known abusers, including termination of their YouTube accounts. YouTube continues to employ proprietary technology to prevent the artificial inflation of a video’s view count by spam bots, malware and other means and the data we provide for the charts reflects this process.”

Tekashi 6ix9ine Accused Of Being An Absentee Father Upon Prison Release
Tekashi 6ix9ine has been out of the slammer for weeks now and apparently, he hasn’t reunited with his little one yet. The rapper’s ex, Sara Molina, recently spoke to TMZ to talk about the failed reunion.
Sara tells the news site that just like before, Tekashi has shown little to no interest in reconnecting with their daughter, Saraiyah. She says she was thankful that his mother stepped up and had been coming over in the last month or so to see Saraiyah in-person.
However, she notes right before 6ix9ine was set to be released, his mom cut off communication and went off ghost. Meanwhile, sources close to the rap star tell TMZ that the only reason he hasn’t reached out and attempted to reconnect with his baby girl yet is that he wants the coronavirus pandemic under control first, as he wants to put his child’s safety first.
Now, aside from that, “sources” say Tekashi is claiming Sara’s begging to get back with him and he’s afraid she’s using their daughter as a ploy to reunite, according to TMZ.
Despite the disappointment, Sara says Tekashi’s mom is still welcome to visit her granddaughter.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Makes A Promise To Not Start Any Rap Beefs Following His Prison Release
Tekashi 6ix9ine is fresh out the slammer and he’s trying to make sure he doesn’t go back anytime soon. Following his release, the New York rapper has been laying very low. But, he plans to return to the music game and be all over social media.
However, Tekashi has vowed to be on his best behavior and not start any rap beefs or troll any artist on social media. According to TMZ’s latest conversation with the rapper’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, 6ix9ine has no restrictions regarding his use of social media, despite being on federally supervised probation for the next 5 years.
Now, as Tekashi is aware, the feds and his probation officer will be monitoring everything he posts on social media. They’re encouraging him not to post anything that will get him into any trouble. Aside from the trolling, TMZ was told that Tekashi will be using his social media platforms to promote his new music instead.
Since his return to social media, the rapper only commented on a Sunday story about the L.A.’s Mayor’s reward for snitches who rat out social-distancing violators. Tekashi said in The Shade Room’s comment section, “Coming to the rescue.”
As we previously reported, Tekashi was let out last week since he falls in the category with folks who are at high risk of catching the virus since he is asthmatic.
Tekashi 69 Sued For $150M Over 2018 Shooting Incident
Tekashi 6ix9ine has another lawsuit to look over as he sits in jail on racketeering, guns and drugs charges. According to TMZ, the latest suit that he’s been hit with stems from a 2018 shooting.
The new case involves a woman, identified in the suit as Jane Doe, who claims the New York rapper is responsible for the stray bullet that hit her left foot, crushing her dreams of becoming a police officer.
In docs obtained by the news site, the woman detailed the incident that went down in July of 2018. She explained that she was hanging in the courtyard of the Smurf Village apartment complex in Brooklyn when several members of the Nine Trey Bloods behind Tekashi’s kidnapping — also happened to be there filming a music video. Somehow, Tekashi got word that they were in the same place and allegedly ordered his crew to shoot them up, the victim claims.
In the middle of the shooting, she got hit by one of the flying bullets and also injured her knee while falling to the ground. As a result, she had to get surgery, physical therapy and she’s been treated by a psychologist, according to her suit. On top of that, she claims she also couldn’t continue working at Century 21 due to her injuries and had to cancel her plans to attend the police academy.
Now, apparently, she acknowledged that Tekashi apologized in open court and offered to pay for her medical bills. However, she claims that’s not enough after what went down. TMZ reports that she is now suing for more than $150 million in damages.
Meanwhile, Tekashi’s attorney, Dawn Florio, released a statment to TMZ saying,
“It’s suspicious that the plaintiff only sued Daniel Hernandez who was never identified as the shooter in her case. The plaintiff did not sue the persons involved in her shooting. To be clear, Daniel did not shoot her.”
This is now the third lawsuit Tekashi has been hit with this month alone. Ouch.
