Looks like Michael Strahan is still at war with his second ex-wife, Jean Muggli Strahan and it appears that things are getting pretty intense.

In a new legal filing, Michael Strahan alleges that his ex has been emotionally and physically abusive toward their 15-year-old twin daughters, according to a report. Michael says Jean has displayed a “pattern of abusive conduct” towards the children for years and claims he has proof that the abuse took place — and will include it in sealed paperwork, TMZ reports.

The former ex-NFL star turned talk show host is now looking for a judge to strip Jean of primary custody and give it to him. The twins currently reside in North Carolina with their mother. But, Strahan hopes for them to move to New York, where he hosts “Good Morning America,” to live with him. TMZ also notes that Strahan, 48, wants his ex to have visitation rights, which is what he currently has.
In addition to all of this, Strahan claimed in his new filing that Jean is responsible for his daughters missing sporting events and has failed to bring them to therapy sessions that were assigned in court, TMZ reported. Strahan and Muggli, who married in 1999 and then divorced in 2006, have been in a legal battle over child support in recent months. However, they are due to appear Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
