Khadijah Haqq McCray Now On Bed Rest After Being Hospitalized For Pre-Term Labor Scare
Actress Khadijah Haqq McCray has taken to social media to give fans an update on her pregnancy.
In an Instagram post, the pregnant mother of three informed her followers that she had a “pre-term labor scare a few weeks ago and was hospitalized.” The 37-year-old said she didn’t share the news right away because “the most important thing was that myself and the baby were healthy.”

But now she’s home on bedrest, as she wrote, “feeling good, and so thankful for my doctors.” She added., “Pregnancy for me has always come with a multitude of challenging symptoms and scares,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself appearing to lie in a hospital bed. “I know I’m not alone, I just know it’s not easy to talk about for so many reasons.”
Fans have been sending the star who’s also BFF’s with Khloé Kardashian, encouraging words. Others thanked her for publicly sharing her journey. Singer Erica Campbell said: “Takes a lot of courage to share the stories. We need to normalize honesty.” The Real Adrienne Bailon added, “You’re [amazing] for sharing this & helping so many women. Love you.”
