If you are looking to mix, mingle and network with some of the biggest names in fashion, beauty, and media, pull out your calendar! Sip N’ Slay, the premier networking summit for BIPOC women, is officially making its way back to New York City on Saturday, August 29, 2026.
This year, great energy event is taking over The Glasshouse, and if you are serious about your craft, you are going to want to be in the building.
Powered by the digital platform EveryStylishGirl, Sip N’ Slay has turned into a major movement for Black and Brown founders, digital storytellers, and creatives. The summit has already impacted over 10,000 women across major cities like Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and even international stops like Ghana. It is built to bridge the gap between real, actionable business tools and creative inspiration, giving women of color direct access to the resources and connections they usually do not get in traditional corporate spaces.
Over the years, the conference has built a serious legacy by bringing out heavy hitters and cultural icons like Ciara, Keke Palmer, Topicals founder Olamide Olowe, Sabrina Elba, Jordyn Woods, Ryan Destiny, and Kamie Crawford. And this year is keeping that same energy.
EveryStylishGirl founder Nana Agyemang who is a former media editor for The New York Times, BBC, CBS, and New York Magazine will be co-hosting the big event alongside media personality Moe Diggs.

For Agyemang, creating this space was always about opening doors and removing roadblocks for Black and Brown women. “Sip N’ Slay was created because I wanted Black and Brown women to walk into a room where every opportunity, connection, and resource they needed already existed,” Agyemang shared. “This isn’t just a conference; it’s where careers accelerate, businesses grow, and lifelong connections are made.”
