Looks like Ye isn’t the only celebrity who believes that Black Lives Matter is a scam… Sharon Osbourne is now sharing the same sentiments while requesting a refund for the donation that she reportedly gave to BLM.

TMZ paparazzi caught up with the former talk show host and asked to share her thoughts on the headlines regarding Ye and his comments about Black Lives Matter. She said, “Well, we gave $900,000 to [Black Lives Matter], and I’d like my money back please,” she told the reporter.

Although the 69-year-old did not specify why she wanted a refund, she went on to express confusion surrounding the controversy and outrage of West’s White Lives Matter stunt at his fashion show in Paris. “I don’t understand why white lives don’t matter. I don’t understand it. It’s not my culture,” she said. “Everybody matters, don’t they?”

Osbourne added that Kanye shouldn’t be canceled over his comments. Instead, people should just ignore him: “Don’t go to his social media. Don’t listen to his music,” she said. “Leave the guy alone. Let him do what he does, and if you don’t like him, do that.
“Leave him alone.”

More On Kanye’s Latest Stunt:

As we previously reported, the rapper and designer debuted the now-controversial shirt during his Yeezy Season 9 fashion show in Paris. Kanye was joined by political commentator Candace Owens who also rocked the same shirt in white. Following a wave of backlash, Ye doubled down on his beliefs by referring to the Black Lives Matter movement as a sham.

In a post to his fans on Instagram, Kanye stated: “Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam now it’s over you’re welcome.”

Since then he has been called out by a number of celebrities and public figures with only a few of his colleagues coming to his defense.

After coming across the viral snaps of Ye many people including celebrities took to social media to react. Jemele Hill called the sweatshirt “dangerously dumb.” Jaden Smith also denounced the move, saying that he can’t stand behind West’s choice and that “he does not have the full support of the youth.” In one of his tweets that are still up on his account, Jaden said, “Black Lives Matter” and “I Don’t Care Who’s It Is If I Don’t Feel The Message I’m Out.” Ye took to his Instagram Story this Tuesday and wrote in all caps: “EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BLACK LIVES MATTER WAS A SCAM NOW ITS OVER YOU’RE WELCOME.”

This is not Ye’s first time making controversial statements. As we previously reported in 2018, he showed big support tk Donald Trump by wearing the campaign’s red ‘Make America Great Again’ hat many time. He also endorsed Owens on Twitter. In April 2018 he even claimed, “When you hear about slavery for 400 years… for 400 years? That sounds like a choice.”

West ended up apologizing both his comments around slavery and his choice to wear the MAGA hat. : “I have never really approached or addressed the slavery comment fully. And it’s not something for me to overly intellectualise. This is something about the fact that it hurt people’s feelings and the way that I presented that piece of information,” he said while speaking to Chicago radio station 107.5 WGCI.
