According to TMZ, the rapper turned himself in at the Blue Earth County Jail on June 30th and will serve one year in jail after pleading guilty to 1 felony count of promoting prostitution of an individual. After he serves his sentence, 40 Glocc will be on supervised release for 10 years and if he fails to comply, he could face jail time again. His supervised release requires him to complete his GED, subject himself to random drug and alcohol testing, and he cannot possess any firearms.

In October 2019, the rapper struck a plea deal and prosecutors agreed to drop his other felony charges for fleeing a police officer while operating a motor vehicle and engaging in the sex trafficking of an individual.
