Months after Soulja Boy allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend, the young woman is asking for a $2 million default judgment after he didn’t respond to the initial battery lawsuit.

In a report by The Blast, the alleged victim, Kayla Myers, served Soulja Boy papers for the lawsuit but he never responded. In response, Myers has requested from the court a $two million default judgment due to Soulja Boy ignoring the case. Back in January, Myers filed a lawsuit against the rapper after he violently assaulted her with a pistol then asked a member of his team to tie her up. The documents state Myers and Soulja Boy were in an on-again, off-again relationship for four years, and in February 2019, she was also involved in a physical altercation with one of his female employees.

During the fight, the rapper allegedly kicked Myers several times in the stomach and “bashed her in the head with a gun.”

“[He]  held the gun to her (the woman’s) head and told her she was going to die that night and would not make it home.”

After the assault, Myers was told to take a shower and was supervised by the rapper’s employees. One of the men asked her to perform oral sex in exchange for her freedom after being tied up with duct tape and an extension cord. She, unfortunately, performed the act and fled to a nearby police station to make the report.

Myers is suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment, and sexual assault. She says the incident has caused emotional and mental distress as she suffers from depression and anxiety.
