Princess Cruise Lines is facing a lawsuit filed by a former passenger who claimed her husband died from COVID-19 after contracting the virus during their trip.

According to TMZ, Juishan Hsu and her daughter have filed a lawsuit against Princess Cruise Lines, stating they were exposed to the coronavirus aboard the Ruby Princess. Hsu’s husband, Chen Chen, contracted the virus during their trip to Sydney, Australia on March 8. The lawsuit claims the company was aware of the outbreak and continued their excursions knowingly exposing passengers to the virus.
