It’s fair to say that “Bad Boys Texas” is off to a strong start following its premiere episode last night. The show was trending throughout Sunday night and early Monday morning on Twitter, with people reacting to the new additions to the cast, including “That’s So Raven” actor Orlando Brown.

Social media has been reacting to one particular scene where executive producer Natalie Nunn pulls up to the jail where Brown had been incarcerated and bails him out to kick off taping for the reality series, which many people over on Twitter were in stitches of laughter over.

Brown hopped down the stairs and greeted Nunn, who was dressed to impress in her hot pink fur coat, before jumping in a Suburban SUV to commence filming. “Got you the f*** up outa there, man,” Nunn said, to which Brown responded, “Thank y’all so much, I appreciate that sh**.” The first episode of the series has been getting all kinds of attention on Twitter, with people sharing their reactions, and based on the feedback, the Zeus Network appears to have another hit on their hands.

We exclusively broke the news that Brown had been cast for the “Bad Boys” franchise back in February. Considering the 35-year-old’s troubled past and many run-ins with the law, he certainly lives up as being the right candidate for the show, as he joins the likes of Jonathan Wright, Relly B, Kerrion Franklin, and fellow newcomer Raz B of B2K.

Per the network, “the Bad Boys will be hosting and performing at some of the most lit clubs the state has to offer, all while bonding over drinks and flying fists.”

Brown was arrested back in December and received an aggravated menacing charge following a dispute that reportedly took place in Ohio. Per the New York Post, a fight broke out between Brown and a man named Matthew Sanders, who had been allowing the actor to stay at his apartment. Per Sanders’ claims, Brown had been homeless and he didn’t want him to return to a homeless shelter, but in late December, the child star allegedly approached Sanders in a “crazy manner” when he came to check on him.

“Matthew said as he got up to the house, Orlando came out. Orlando had a hammer in one hand and a broken-off knife blade in the other hand,” the report said. “Matthew said Orlando said he (Matthew) was raping his wife (Orlando’s wife), and he was going to get him for that. Orlando was swinging both of the items at Matthew, but he did not make contact with him. Orlando eventually put the items down.”

His bond was set to $25,000.
