Kenya Moore recently appeared on The Breakfast Club where she dished on her divorce that is “almost” finalized.
As previously reported, the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member who has been living in a “bonafide state of separation” from Marc Daly since September 2019, announced in December that she is finally a single woman. Kenya shared on December 12 that she and Marc had finalized their divorce. She said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time, “After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce,” Kenya told the outlet. “I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most.”
Speaking with the Breakfast Club hosts about their breakup, Kenya explained that there was and still is a lot of drama with Daly. Notably with getting him to sign the papers. The reality star explained that Daly did try to fight for their marriage but she realized it couldn’t be saved. Charlamgeb Tha God asked, “What if he started doing the work now” to fix their marriage. Kenya shocking revealed, “Well apparently he has a fiancée now so I don’t know.” [allegedly] Co-host Jess Hilarious asked “Is she Black or white?” Kenya replied, “She’s Not Black…I don’t really care what she is but good luck to her though.”

More On Their Split:
The pair, who married in 2017 and share a daughter, Brooklyn Doris, separated in September 2019. That same month, Moore broke her silence to PEOPLE about the split, saying she “didn’t get married to quit.”
“I love my husband,” she said at the time. “I don’t doubt that he loves me. Let me be clear, I took my vows seriously. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”
Although things have gotten rocky since then, Kenya still has high hopes.
While announcing the news about her divorce being finalized, she also told PEOPLE, “I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn.” What’s more, “As a hopeless romantic, I still believe my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all,” she concluded.
