Strangers decided North West was demonic based on how she looks. She used a live moment to tell them they’re wrong.

During a recent TikTok Live with her mother, Kim Kardashian, the pair was chatting with fans when a comment slid across the screen calling North demonic. She shut the claim down on the spot, telling viewers to stop saying it and flatly denying it. She followed with “ don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Kim jumped in right away. She said she believes people jump to that conclusion because of the black grills and the overall look. The way Kim framed it, the snap judgment says more about the people making it than about her daughter.

North has previously said she doesn’t understand why people tie her look to anything demonic, that she isn’t into any of that, and that she believes in Jesus. North has been experimenting with her look for most of her life, and the fake piercings and temporary tattoos are part of how she plays with it.

North West claps back at critics calling her “demonic” because of her style while on live with Kim Kardashian, who explains that North’s style has nothing to do with her divorce from Ye fka Kanye West 👀 North also reveals that none of her piercings are real and says she wants an actual cheek piercing, but Kim wasn’t happy about the idea “I’m not on that demon stuff. Earlier this year, Kim also answered a wave of criticism over North’s fake face tattoos, nose ring, and grills by commenting that it was “such a non-issue.” Kim has also been open about where she stands as a parent. On the Call Her Daddy podcast, she told host Alex Cooper she would never take that creativity away from her daughter.

She added that North doesn’t lose sleep when someone isn’t feeling the blue hair. Kim has said she’s fine with the hair color, even joking that if North wants blue hair, it is what it is.

Now, Kim hasn’t always been perfect on this front. She’s admitted that some of the family’s fashion experiments have gotten a public scolding, so this isn’t a mom pretending every look is flawless. But there’s a difference between giving feedback on a fit and letting the comment section label your child with something that heavy. Kim chose to back her up, and North showed she can hold her own.
