Ana Montana is facing legal trouble in North Carolina.
The model, whose real name is Analicia Chaves, was arrested Monday on two felony counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or forgery, along with two misdemeanor counts of simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, according to booking records obtained by TMZ.

The charges date back to February 21. Montana was reportedly held on a $20,000 bond.
According to the arrest warrant, authorities allege Montana obtained alprazolam—the generic form of Xanax—from Walgreens using prescriptions written with a doctor’s allegedly stolen DEA registration and medical provider ID.
Her attorney told TMZ: “To clarify, the charges allege that a doctor who used a fraudulent DEA registration and NPI number prescribed Alprazolam for Ms. Chaves, and that she used the prescription written by the doctor to obtain the prescribed Alprazolam at a pharmacy.

“The drug possession charges appear to allege that she possessed the aforementioned Alprazolam upon obtaining it from the pharmacy via the prescription written by the doctor.”
Montana’s warrant was issued September 22, six days before her arrest.
Outside of the legal headlines, Montana is also known for co-founding I Am Fertility, a nonprofit supporting women navigating fertility challenges, including endometriosis, PCOS, IVF, and pregnancy.
Montana and LaMelo Ball, who have been linked since 2021, welcomed their first child, a son named LaOne, in January.
