Mom Accused of Fatally Shooting Daughter And Attempting To Blame Toddler Son

A sadistic Tennessee mother has been accused of fatally shooting her 5-year-old daughter, and attempting to blame it on her young son.

People magazine reports that Robin Howington, 37, has been indicted by a grand jury and is being held on a $500,000 bond on charges of first-degree murder, child neglect, false reporting, tampering with evidence and attempted tampering with evidence, from a Sept. 14, 2019, incident where she fatally shot her daughter, Destiny Oliver.

Destiny was short in the chest and pronounced dead at the hospital.

According to documents, Howington allegedly tried to blame three people for the fatal shooting, including a random man, her young son and her daughter’s father.

She claimed her two-year-old son shot her daughter and she tried to hide the weapon to protect him, however, her indictment says that  she “did unlawfully kill [Destiny Oliver] during the perpetration of aggravated child neglect.”

The case is currently pending.
