A UK convenience store worker who vanished in 2020 has unexpectedly reappeared, just five days after police arrested suspects accused of murdering him, shocking both investigators and the public.
Ismail Ali, who was 46 at the time of his disappearance, had last been seen leaving his job at Gulam Food Stores in Bradford in May 2020, according to the BBC. Authorities said the case had gone cold for years until investigators recently arrested five suspects on suspicion of his murder.
