Migos Rapper Takeoff Sued By Woman Claiming Rape
The Migos rapper who‘s known for being unproblematic is making headlines and not for any good reasons. According to TMZ, he’s being sued by a woman who claims he raped her at a party in Los Angeles.

The woman, who goes by Jane Doe in the suit, claims Takeoff raped her back in June. She explained that she was at the party which her friend invited her to and felt uncomfortable by the rapper as he kept “staring” at her. However, she claims he offered her weed later in the evening but curved him.
She claims things got worse after she went upstairs with the man who invited her to the party. She says Takeoff and the man got into an argument as the rapper came down the stairs which prompted her to go into the man’s bedroom to wait it out. She alleges that Takeoff somehow made his way to the bedroom, came inside, and started touching her buttocks. From there, the alleged victim says Takeoff flipped her over face-down, pulled down her clothing, and raped her while she kept refusing his advances.
She claims after he finished he immediately left the room, TMZ reports. The woman reportedly took herself to a nearby hospital later that day and said hospital staff observed physical evidence of forceful rape. She claims hospital staff notified LAPD.
According for the news site, she’s suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and more and wants damages.
