Megan Thee Stallion’s Lawyer Slams Drake & ‘Silly’ Doubters In Tory Lanez Case

As we previously shared, some Drake lyrics were pulled from his new ‘Her Loss’ album with 21 Savage.

Fans claim that the Toronto rapper may have referenced not only Hot Girl Meg, but her 2020 shooting incident, where she was allegedly assaulted by fellow Toronto rapper Tory Lanez. The lyric reads: “This b*tch lie ‘bout getting shot, but she still a stallion.”

Another set of lyrics that fans thing is about Meg read as follows: “Shorty say she graduated, she ain’t learn enough. Player your album track one, ‘kay, I heard enough.”

Spiro told Complex, “Despite the irrefutable evidence that Megan was a victim of gun violence, the ignorant continue to support her attacker.”

Later, he told TMZ, “I know many of the folks across the industry, but those people are going to look very silly when the facts fully come out.”

Now, the latest news in the Megan Thee Stallion vs. Tory Lanez case is a report we shared a few weeks ago about Tory Lanez being ordered to be placed on house arrest, until his trial begins with Megan Thee Stallion.

After Tory’s recent confrontation with singer August Alsina,  judge made the decision to keep Tory locked down at home.

Apparently, prosecutors have been arguing that Tory continues to pose a threat to public safety, and that monetary bail alone is not enough of a deterrent.

Meanwhile, arguing against Tory being remanded into custody, his lawyer, Shawn Holley, fired back. Holley said that no charges had been filed in the incident with August Alsina, there were only allegations.

However, the presiding judge sided with the prosecution and had Tory confined to his home with a GPS ankle monitor, as of Friday, October 28.
