Man Arrested For Smoking Weed While In Court For Marijuana Charge
Spencer Boston from Wilson County, Tennessee is real bold! On Monday, he showed up to court to face a marijuana possession charge and while he was there, he did something extremely shocking.

While expressing to the judge that marijuana should be legalized, Boston reached into his jacket and pulled out a single marijuana cigarette along with some matches and just casually lit one up while folks looked on. Video shared to social media shows Boston inhaling the drug a couple times before security eventually detains him and then escorts him out of the courtroom. However, before being led out, he turned to the gallery and declared, “The people deserve better!”
The 20-year-old was later charged with disorderly conduct, simple possession of marijuana and is being held in jail for 10 days for contempt of court, according to CNN.
The news site reports that folks in the courtroom bursted out laughing following the incident.
