Lil Wayne took to his X account to share how he was mistreated a Lakers game on Thursday night.

“Wow! Got treated like s–t at the Laker game just now, but I figured they’d do me that sooner or later either bc of what I said (about Anthony Davis),” Wayne raged, “or simply bc they don’t fwm which I got that vibe from em as well.”

Wayne concluded: “F–k em. It isn’t what it isn’t. I’m used to it.”

If you’re not familiar Wayne spoke about Davis on a November 2023 episode of Undisputed. Though he began the interview unambiguously voicing his love for the Los Angeles team, Wayne went on to say, “If you ask me, if the Lakers want to be a championship team and in the future as well, you gotta get rid of AD.”

When Asked why he felt that way, Wayne shot back: “Because he’s AD, plain and simple…Get rid of him and get some good players,” he continued. “We don’t even need a superstar. We got Lebron over there.”

But in another Undisputed appearance in February, Wayne had seemingly changed his opinion on Davis. He told the panel he didn’t think there was another player who could “replace what he can do…There’s nobody out there like that.”

It’s still unclear what exactly went on when Wayne tried to see the game and the Lakers organization has yet to respond to the viral news.
