Three people have been charged with the murder and child abuse of a 19-day-old baby, who had suffered “unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering” at the hands of the infant’s parents, FOX 5 Vegas reports. Daniel Bills and Erica Eisenloffel, along with another woman named Angela Guierini-Bolt were arrested on Tuesday for the child’s death, with prosecutors alleging that the deceased toddler, who was found in a Las Vegas, Nevada home in October 2021, was dehydrated, malnourished, and had methamphetamine in his system.

After a months-long investigation, District Attorney Chris Arabia says that with all the evidence they have uncovered during the examination of the baby’s death, they believe that there’s enough corroboration that the three aforementioned people were responsible for the despicable suffering of the infant.

The Vegas home was described as “filthy” with “excess clutter and trash, drug paraphernalia, debris, human waste, urine, and/or feces on the floor and walls” when cops arrived at the scene, KLAS adds. A preliminary hearing for Daniel and Angela has been scheduled for August 25 while Erica has yet to receive her date in court.

The report comes just two months after Las Vegas police were investigating a homicide where a 4-month-old baby was also found dead at their parents’ home.

Miles Stano Jr. and Lindsey Bello were arrested in relation to the death on April 1. Witnesses had told law enforcement officers that a grave had been spotted in the couple’s backyard a week before the child had passed away, giving all the reason to believe they had plotted to murder the baby, according to a police report.

Lindsey told cops that she had put her baby to sleep in the morning, and when she checked on him later in the day, approximately six hours later, she noticed he wasn’t breathing. The Clark County Coroner contended her statement, saying they had discovered multiple bruises and abrasions on the child, who was described as “emaciated” with two skill fractures and blunt force trauma.

Lindsey said she never witnessed Miles being violent towards the baby, a claim which he reiterated when asked the same question about his partner. Cops also discovered that the boy’s mattress had been chucked inside a dumpster where a wipe with blood and a blood-infused blanket had been trashed.
