Kanye West is currently making rounds to make things right for his past antisemitic remarks, but the São Paulo State Prosecutor’s Office in Brazil is issuing a firm warning to him.

Ye is set to hit the stage there on Nov. 29, but a complaint was filed with the prosecutor’s office on Tuesday, demanding that the hip-hop superstar be arrested if he performs his controversial track, “Heil Hitler.”

Councilwoman Cris Monteiro is spearheading the political movement against Ye with this complaint, and prosecutor Ana Beatriz Pereira de Souza Frontini has issued a ruling banning swastika T-shirts or any Nazi symbols altogether.

São Paulo’s mayor made it clear that police will detain Ye or anyone who “makes any apology for Nazism” – meaning anyone who tries to justify that twisted ideology. A team of officers will be on standby in case things get out of hand. Ye and his crew could face charges of racism and collective moral damages.

The show promoters – Guilherme Cavalcante and Jean Fabrício Ramos – are also at risk of arrest for any failure to ensure Ye complies fully.
