Several former workers claimed that during meetings, West allegedly talked pornography, showed private photos of his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, and played personal sex tapes. In a 2017 meeting in a sample factory room in Quiyuan, China, one senior employee claimed that West allegedly used abusive language and demanded: “a shoe I can f*ck.”

High-ranking former Yeezy staffers reportedly wrote a letter to Adidas board members and the company’s new CEO to address “the toxic and chaotic environment that Kanye West created.” Adidas, however, said they could not comment on the occasions or exchanges that led to the end of their partnership with West, as reported by Rolling Stone.

He has, in years past, exploded at women in the room with offensive remarks and would resort to sexually disturbing references when providing design feedback.”

The former employees also stated they regret accepting West’s alleged workplace behavior and accused Adidas of lacking accountability and allowing years of “verbal abuse, vulgar tirades, and bullying attacks.” A collaborator claimed West allegedly showed them a pornographic video of Franchesca Le using a sex toy with another woman during their first meeting.

They stated West allegedly asked them how they felt about the video, and two other collaborators said they had a similar experience. A young female creative who disagreed with West was allegedly forced to sit on the floor and told, “You don’t deserve to sit at the table.”

“The most troubling behavior that should have been flagged by the executive team very early in the partnership is his manipulative and fear-based approach to leading the team,” the letter continued. More former senior employees claimed West allegedly barred Adidas executives from attending meetings, which gave them no choice but to share notes about West’s behavior.

Their letter to Adidas board members accused the company of staying silent while allegedly knowing about West’s workplace behavior. They are asking for a public apology to the Yeezy team for dealing with the rapper’s alleged behavior.

“The undeniable truth is that the Adidas executive team and the board have been huge enablers.”
