Jennifer Lopez is set to walk down the aisle once again after announcing her second engagement to her fiancé Ben Affleck.

The pair famously dated back in 2002 before calling it quits in early 2004, just months before they were expected to tie the knot. And though JLo and Ben ended up going their separate ways, they rekindled their romance last year and have been together ever since.

It’s now being reported that the 8.5 ct. natural green diamond ring Ben recently popped the question with could have set the Gone Girl actor back by “more than $10 million,” according to Page Six

“If that is indeed a green diamond, then I am stunned,” Diamond Pro CEO Mike Fried told the news outlet after seeing the stunning (and very valuable) ring in social media snaps.

“A green diamond of that size is incredibly rare and would dwarf the value of their previous engagement ring. I would value the ring well over $5 million and could be worth more than $10 million.”

Ben first proposed to Jennifer in November 2002 and presented her with a beautiful pink diamond ring from Harry Winston, costing him an estimated $1.2 million, which is quite the price difference from the one Jennifer proudly sports on her finger today.

The father-of-three, who was previously married to actress Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2018, certainly put a lot of thought behind finding the right ring for his leading lady, who previously revealed that the color green has always provided her with a lot of luck.

In a previous newsletter posted on her On the JLo website, the Get Right singer shed light on why the color was particularly significant in her life while describing a piece of artwork that she had carefully placed in her office.

“I love hummingbirds, and two because I love the color green,” she shared. “Birds always fly around me. I’ve always had a special connection with hummingbirds. I realized that a lot of people say they symbolize love.

“So whenever it feels like wherever I go, they follow me. Whenever I am in a moment of doubt and confusion, one will magically appear by my window, reminding me that the universe will always speak to us if we open to the signs.”
