Hollywood Unlocked was in the building for the Los Angele premiere of Lena Waithe’s hit new show “Twenties on BET, held at Paramount Studios.

Cast, crew, tastemakers, and attendees got the lucky chance to watch the first two episodes of the series, and we were addicted from the jump!

The new BET series is loosely based on Lena’s twenties and journey of breaking into Hollywood. Jonica T. Gibbs, an openly gay comedian stars as Hattie while breaking through the difficulties of the industry and trying to make it as an openly gay black female in Hollywood.

“When I was in my 20s, it was a ve

ry different Hollywood than now. People really are into diverse stories a little bit more than when I was in my 20s, living out here,” said Waithe at the event.

Just from the first two episodes we all reflect and relate to things we experienced in our twenties while looking back and laughing at the, We also get a glimpse of s shirtless, phoneless Big Sean. Thank us later, sorry Jhene!
