Love is in the air as Hollywood Unlocked attended the Los Angeles premiere for the new movie “The Photograph.”

Director Stella Meghie kicked off Black History Month and got an early start on Valentine’s day as she invited out all of Hollywood to watch her new film “The Photograph” starring Issa Rae and Lakeith Stanfield. The event was hosted at the theatre of the Pacific Design Center on Monday, February 3rd in Hollywood.

Stella, who wrote the film as well, brought out cast members Issa Rae, Lil Rell Howery, Kelvin Harrison Jr., and Jasmine Cephas Jones who thanked the crowd for attending while introducing the film sharing the amazing time she had working with Issa.

Other big names who came out for the screening included Terrence J, Shaun Ross, Kenya Barris, Quinta Brunson, Jordin Sparks, Devale Ellis and so many more.

Following the screening, 4 time Grammy-nominated singer Lucky Daye took the stage to perform two of his songs given the correlation of the film being based in his home town of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Overall it was a great film with a great message and a perfect Valentine’s day date night movie as it is set to hit theatres on February 13th!
