The House has finally approved the $2.2 trillion coronavirus emergency relief bill in a unanimous vote by all members.
According to the Daily Mail, the historical bill was passed over to President Donald Trump after it was passed by the House in a voice vote. However, Republican Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky threatened to vote against the bill, leading up for President Trump, Nancy Pelosi, and GOP leader Kevin McCarthy to work together in order to prevent his opposition. During the voting, Massie requested a “recorded vote” but was ultimately denied due to the lack of support from legislators.

The vote was refused after Rep. Anthony Brown stated that not enough members rose to support Massie’s request, leading to a voice vote by all members. Shortly after the voting, President Trump had a few choice words for Rep. Massie on Twitter:
‘By empowering the Radical Left Democrats, do nothing Kentucky politician @RepThomasMassie is making their War on the 2nd Amendment more and more difficult to win (But don’t worry, we will win anyway!). He is a disaster for America, and for the Great State of Kentucky!,’

Former Secretary of State John Kerry also called Massie an a**hole and actually agreed with President Trump.
‘Breaking news: Congressman Massie has tested positive for being an a**hole. He must be quarantined to prevent the spread of his massive stupidity. He’s given new meaning to the term #Masshole. (Finally, something the president and I can agree on!),’
The bill will help thousands of Americans along with businesses that have been affected by COVID-19.
