Bill Cosby couldn’t stay out of the limelight long as another lawsuit popped up for the comedian.

This time a Playboy model is suing Cosby claiming that he raped her 50 years ago.

The Daily Mail reports, that the alleged victim Victoria Valentino, 80, filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday. This comes as a new law went into place lifting the statute of limitations when it comes to sexual assault cases.

The alleged incident occurred in 1969 when the woman claims he and a friend had dinner with the comedian and were given pills to ingest, after which they went to his office.

“After ingesting the pill, Plaintiff’s head began nodding and she struggled to keep her head up and stay awake. Plaintiff felt nauseated, and her head was spinning. She stated, ‘I want to go home now,’” reads the filing.

“Here! Take this!” she claims Cosby told her. “It will make you feel better. It will make us ALL feel better.”

Cosby has not yet commented on the accusations, but, his rep Andrew Wyatt vehemently denied the allegations and labeled it as a money grab.

“In my opinion, these women are not victims of sexual assault, they are victims of greed,” he said.

As we previously reported, Cosby was released from jail after he was convicted of indecent assault back in 2018 for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in his Pennsylvania home in 2004. He was sentenced to three to 10 years in the slammer. The former actor was released from prison in June after the state’s Supreme Court overturned his sexual assault conviction because his due process rights had been violated.

The Supreme Court justices ruled not to reopen it and they gave no comment… however, a Cosby spokesperson expressed “sincere gratitude to the justices” for the ruling and said he was the victim of “a reprehensible bait and switch” by the prosecutor and trial judge in the case. “This is truly a victory for Mr. Cosby, but it shows that cheating will never get you far in life, and the corruption that lies within Montgomery County District’s Attorney Office has been brought to the center stage of the world,” spokesperson Andrew Wyatt said.
