While speaking at a news conference, Quincy said, “We want justice for what’s going on right now.” He added, “This is so emotional.” He added, “He went on to say that “no man or woman should be without their fathers.”

According to Breaking News reports,
the Minnesota Attorney General’s office has finished its initial review in the investigation of four former police officers involved in the murder of George Floyd and has made a decision regarding additional charges. Officials are expected to make a significant announcement later this evening.

As we previously reported, one former officer, Derek Chauvin, has been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter — but protesters argue that all of officers involved should also be charged.

While we wait to receive that news, what we do know is that Floyd will return home to Houston on Monday for a public memorial. “It’s going to be a big deal for our city to bring him home,” said Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo.
