Dang! Just as TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue announce their first-ever co-headlining tour, TLC’s Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas is catching serious heat after FEC records reportedly show the “No Scrubs” singer in fact sending handfuls of donations to a few including President Donald Trump and his GOP colleagues!

According to The Independent, and several other outlets claiming to have obtained the FEC records, Chilli offered nearly $1,000 in donations to Trump’s campaign and other Trump/Republican-linked fundraising groups in 2024.

According to Meidas News, of the $900 donated, about $800 went to Trump, about $7 went to Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, and $63 went to the NRSC (National Republican Senatorial Committee), which seeks to keep the GOP in control of Congress.

The federal political donation records show a list of contributions to Trump and his MAGA-associated Republican colleagues. A screenshot from the alleged list shows a Rozonda Thomas of Stone Mountain, Georgia donating handfuls of times.

TLC’s Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas Accused Of Reposting Debunked Article About Michelle Obama ‘Registering To Vote In Illinois As A Man In 1994’

According to the screenshot, Chilli allegedly donated $210.60 to WinRed, the payment processor for Republican campaign donations. She allegedly donated another $340.60 to the Trump National Committee JFC, and another $486.54 to Never Surrender Inc., a political fundraising group linked to Trump.

Furthermore, Medias New also reports that Chilli recently drew attention to herself after allegedly reposting a debunked conspiracy about Michelle Obama “registering to vote as a man in 1994, according to Illinois State Board of Elections.” The post has since been deleted, but sparked serious speculation about her political views.

However, this isn’t the first time Chilli has came under fire over political beliefs. In May 2017, she previously claimed, “All lives matter.” The phrase became a right-wing slogan in response to the Black Lives Matter Movement, which began in 2013 to protest the police violence, brutality, and discrimination against Black Americans, and other people of color.

TLC’s Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas Says ‘All Lives Matter’ When Asked About Black Lives Matter Movement

During an interview with Channel 4 UK News, Chilli shared an initial response to the BLM movement. She said:

“I I personally didn’t go to any marches or anything like that. For me, all lives matter, you know what I mean? Because there is a time when different groups are targeted for different things. So I just think that what happened, even with the police brutality against these young black boys and stuff like that — all of that kind of stuff is wrong. Even if it was a caucasian teen kid that this was happening to, it’s just not right. And some people will take that authoritative position and go crazy with it, obviously. I think that before people are hired in these positions they need to do some kind of better background check or mental stability check on them to see if they can really handle being in a position like that.”

When asked what it’s like to be Black women in America in the age of Donald Trump, Chilli’s bandmate Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins said, “I don’t care about Donald Trump. I mean, God is my president. So I just feel sorry for people it affects but I don’t care about him.”
