Several OG Nickelodeon fans have discovered that “Drake And Josh” star Drake Bell allegedly moved to Mexico and changed his name to Drake Campana.

The change was noticed by Twitter user @jxbarriga who said that Drake Bell had a bigger fan base in Spanish speaking countries and decided to move to Mexico to revamp his career. He tweets, “So … apparently Drake Bell was more popular in Spanish speaking countries, so he moved to Mexico, changed his name to Drake Campana & now writes songs in Spanish & only posts in Spanish … this must be a fever dream … this is his actual IG …”

The supportive tweets provide screenshots of the former Nickelodeon star writing his Instagram captions and tweets in Spanish and posting memes about his move. Fans also speculated Bell may have moved to the country to avoid allegations of abusing his ex-girlfriend Melissa Lingafelt.
