Drake Named No. 1 Most Streamed Artist Of 2021
Drake is still dominating the music charts and streams. Most recently, his hit album Certified Lover Boy was the most streamed rap project of the year, and the numbers demonstrate that.
Chart Data confirmed that Drake was officially named the top streamed artist last year in the US, with a whopping percentage of on-demand streams: “@Drake was the #1 most-streamed artist of 2021 in the US, with 8.6 billion on-demand streams. 1 out of every 131 streams was a Drake song.”

Before this announcement, Drake was staying at the number one spot for over a month on the Billboard 200 chart with his latest album, as he debuted with 613,000 sold copies in its first week.
Drake continues to set the bar high for an artists seeking to take his spot. Some of his peers like Young Thug and NBA Youngboy did eventually knock him down to the number two spot.

Of course, the debate continues if drake isn’t the biggest rap star we have ever witnessed. With the numbers that continue to release to drive that conversation of who’s the greatest every day.
