According to a criminal complaint filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Gucci Mane and another man identified his 1017 Records artist Pooh Shiesty as one of the masked suspects in the armed kidnapping and robbery that took place in Dallas two months ago.

As we previously shared earlier today, Pooh Shiesty, 26, born Lontrell Williams, Jr. — along with his father, Lonnie Williams, Sr.; rapper Big30, born Rodney Wright, Jr.; plus 6 other men — were arrested and federally charged with armed kidnapping and robbery of Gucci Mane, born Radric Delantic Davis, and others.
The DOJ identified the other men as: Kedarius Waters; Terrance Rodgers (no arrested yet, per DOJ); Damarian Gipson; Demarcus Glover; Kordae Johnson; and Darrion McDaniel. According to the DOJ, the incident occurred on January 10 at a Dallas, Texas recording studio. Authorities later arrested the men on Wednesday (April 1). Officials apprehended some in Dallas, and others in Memphis, Tennessee.
Pooh Shiesty And Friends Accused Of Armed Kidnapping And Robbing Of Gucci Mane And Others
United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Ryan Raybould claimed the nine men traveled to Dallas to allegedly kidnap and rob victims who thought they were coming to town for a business meeting. Pooh Shiesty reportedly arranged the meeting to discuss the terms of his recording contract.
However, the civil matter turned violent once the men allegedly began executing a coordinated armed takeover once inside the studio. Shiesty allegedly pulled out an AK-style pistol and forced one of the victims to sign a release from his recording contract at gunpoint.
Shiesty’s alleged co-conspirators also pulled out firearms and began robbing the other victims of their Rolex watches, jewelry, cash, and other high-priced items. The DOJ alleged the suspects also choked one of the victims to the point of near unconsciousness.
Photos in the DOJ’s complaint shows the injuries sustained, along with still images from surveillance footage, and screenshots of the suspects posting the stolen items online. The complaint also shows Gucci Mane identifying and “describing” Pooh Shiesty as “wearing a black Nike brand ‘shiesty’ mask, black hooded shirt, and black pants during gate offense.”
