The legal storm surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs isn’t letting up, and the latest headlines are hitting even harder. This week, the Bad Boy mogul’s legal camp shut down allegations from a new lawsuit from a man claiming Diddy sexually assaulted him back when he was just a teenager.

For a man already fighting for his life behind bars at Fort Dix, these new allegations are adding more fuel to a fire that’s been burning since his 50-month sentencing last year.

According to the docs, this latest accuser claims Diddy was feeling him up at Hollywood party back in 2007 and allegedly performed oral on the then-child actor. The accuser also claimed he told Diddy he was uncomfortable from jump but said the mogul continued pleasuring himself. When he was done, he claimed Diddy said he would keep him in mind for possible opportunities.

Diddy’s rep Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ, “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

While Diddy is currently serving time on charges related to transporting women for prostitution, his team is staying firm that he was acquitted of the most serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges in his 2025 trial.

They’re treating this latest lawsuit like just another attempt to bury his legacy under a pile of “meritless” paperwork. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court,” his reps added, making it clear they aren’t planning to settle or stay quiet.
