Diddy is facing two new federal sex trafficking charges a month before his trial begins on May 5. On Friday (April 4), federal prosecutors added two new charges to Diddy’s indictment. Prosecutors expect four accusers to testify against Diddy, born Sean Combs.

The new testimonies expand on allegations that the disgraced Hip-Hop mogul engaged in sex trafficking with multiple women, as recently as last year. The April 4 superseding indictment — returned by a federal grand jury in Manhattan, New York — alleges Diddy, 55, used force, fraud, or coercion to compel a woman to engage in commercial sex acts from at least 2021 to 2024.

The indictment — which is the second filed against Diddy — also accuses him of helping transport the woman — identified only as “Victim 2” — plus other people, including commercial sex workers, to engage in prostitution during the same timeframe.

The two new charges are in addition to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges filed against Diddy upon his September 2024 arrest. The two new charges brings his total amount faced to five.

According to federal prosecutors, the racketeering conspiracy charge stems from allegations that Diddy sex-trafficked three victims and forced a fourth, one of his employees, into sexual activity with him. Since the beginning of the civil lawsuits and federal indictment, Diddy and his legal team have vehemently denied all allegations against him.

Responding to the new charges, his legal team argues that the charges are based on consensual activities. The legal team also continue fighting to dismiss certain allegations. In a statement, Diddy’s legal team said:

“These are not new allegations or new accusers. These are the same individuals, former long-term girlfriends, who were involved in consensual relationships. This was their private sex life, defined by consent, not coercion.”

Diddy is scheduled to stand trial on May 5. He currently remains locked up without bail at a federal jail in Brooklyn, known as MDC Brooklyn (Metropolitan Detention Center).
